Privacy Principles

Respect for privacy is fundamental to MARCH. When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. MARCH aims to be transparent about our privacy practices. 

The following are the basic principles we apply when collecting and using Personal Information:

MARCH will always try to explain why we need to collect Personal Information when we ask you for it and give you a choice when appropriate.

MARCH will only use your Personal Information for the purposes for which we collect it. For example, to deliver a product or a service that you requested. We will keep it only to fulfill compatible purposes, additional purposes to which you have consented, or as required by law.

• Limited Sharing
When MARCH shares your Personal Information with authorized third parties (such as for payment processing), we provide them with only the amount they need to complete the service requested. We do not allow third parties to use your Personal Information for something different. We do not sell Personal Information to third parties. 

• Security
The security of your personal information is very important to us. Pervette uses industry standard security methods to protect your personal information from loss and misuse.

What rights you have over your data

If you place an order through our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
